Terms and conditions

1. Driver’s age

  • The minimum age of the client must be 21.

2. Driver’s license

  • The client should own a license that is nationally valid, released with at least one year before expiry date.

3. Passport/Identity card

  • For renting a car it is absolutely necessary presenting a identity card (B.I.) for Romanian citizens and presenting the passport for foreign citizens.

4. Payment

  • The client has the obligation to pay a renting fee equivalent in lei for the company’s granted vehicle at the BNR exchange from the day of payment. The payment must be in cash or by the use of credit cards when taking the vehicle.

5. Renting period

  • The minimum rent period is for 24 hours.

6. Deposit

  • In the beginning the period of rent the costumer is solicited the safety deposit that can be paid in cash or blocked on the credit card. In the retuning day of the rental vehicle, the deposit is given back entirely to the customer if the car is presented the same in conditions in which it was taken.

7. Delivery/ returning tax

  • In case that the delivery and the returning of the vehicle take place out of Bucharest, there will be a supplementary tax.

8. Returning the car

  • The client must return the car when the contract expires with a full reservoir and with all the documents he received along with the car. For the amount of fuel missing, the client must pay the equivalent value. If the vehicle is returned late, the client will pay a supplementary tax.

9. The violation of traffic rules

  • The client is totally responsible for the violation of traffic rules, including the speed penalty, parking or other taxes.

10. In case of lose

  • In case the client loses the keys and/or the car documents, he will pay a supplementary tax.

11 In case of accident

  • If the client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs, unprescripted medicines, in case of accident he is responsible for paying.

12. Complete terms and conditions for renting

  • All the details referring to the complete renting conditions will be available on the form of the vehicle that will be rent. The conditions above represent general rules that are applied in all the vehicle renting companies from Romania.
